His background: He started an Industrial Management Consultancy service in year 2000 He had exhaustive knowledge of Industry. He has prepared project reports, undertaken market surveys & has excellent contact with Banks and Financial institutions and during his stint as consultant, he prepared around 300 project reports and represented industrialists before financial institutions. This proved to be a learning ground for his business.

Mrs. Lakshmi V.N, is the Director of the company & heads its corporate office. She leads a highly efficient and result oriented team of professional executives, who are instrumental in the promotion and operation of chit groups. She is also a good classical singer and connected with many organizations, institutes and clubs. She studied Commerce & graduated from the University of Bangalore. She has interest in this industry resulted in her choosing it as a career.
